Comfort Suites Carlsbad

The Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds was spacious enough for my family of five, with a clean layout and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The outdoor pool area had nicely landscaped surroundings, nice for a relaxing vibe while the kids enjoyed a refreshing swim, even in mid-October.

The breakfast setup is a letdown. The selections are overly sweet with no healthy options like vegetables or sugar-free alternatives. The eating area is too cramped, often leaving us with nowhere to sit during busy hours. The toilet flush was so intense that using it at night risked waking everyone due to the noise, quite inconvenient. We had recurring issues with the door key not working smoothly, requiring multiple trips to the front desk for reprogramming.

Marvellous location of the hotel close to the area we visited in Carlsbad. The staff was very welcoming in managing every request.

Fairly clean brand-new hotel with accommodating staff. The rooms with good optional seating. Early check in and late check out. Marvellous, amazing location in Carlsbad, short walk to stores and restaurants and Carlsbad, NM. Superb bar area.

Clean room, comfortable bed, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had delicious options like fruit-infused water and milk and cookies.

Family with children comfortable stay

The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfy. My kids loved the heated pool and hot tub, they had a blast while I relaxed watching them.

It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable for what we got.

Our 3rd-floor suite was lovely and very comfortable, plus the towels looked like origami! Fast internet too!

Trying to work with the internet down was like trying to find a parking space in a crowded mall!

Breakfast options were excellent. Unfortunately, our room keys stopped working multiple times . Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area clean and great for kids.

Really good Stay with Great Amenities

Loved the complimentary cookies in the lobby and the hearty breakfast with multiple options. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Make sure to request a bathtub mat to avoid slippery surprises!

We loved our suite on the 3rd floor. It was super comfortable and the kids enjoyed the nice outdoor pool and grassy area for fun. Breakfast had tons of choices, which everyone appreciated, but the coffee could've been a bit stronger. Definitely recommend planning ahead for busy days to make the most of your stay 😊

The staff provided really good service . The breakfast options offered were diverse and well-prepared which my family appreciated.

The check-in process felt a bit slow compared to our expectations.

In my kid's opinion, it would be great if there were more family activities offered at the hotel.
